The 12-42kV Compaq Universal termination family, which utilizes COMPAQ stress control technology and Red non-tracking (CAT) tubing, offers exceptional environmental protection for all kinds of applications involving polymeric and MIND paper on 1-core, armoured and unarmoured cables. It may also be used in conjunction with COMPAQ right angle/straight/flexible bushing boots for switchgear connection systems.
Compaq Heat Shrink Cable Termination Kits are ideal for both indoor (cable box, switchgear, transformer) and outdoor (pole mounted) applications, and can be used to terminate both single core armoured and unarmoured polymeric insulated cables. Our heat shrink technology is based on specially formulated thermoplastic polymer materials.
